About the event
This wonderful event is a first of many introducing Laura to Frangipani Costabella.
Expect 2 hours of gentle breathwork, heart opening Yin Yoga, letting go of all tension in the body and then soundhealing to let that all settle within.
All levels welcome. 12+ only
We will provide all you need. Just arrive wearing comfortable layers of clothing and warm socks.
