Rooted in Andalucía, many of the retreats we feature are inspired by nature, slower rhythms and a strong sense of place. Alongside these, we also share a small selection of retreats from beyond Andalucía, some hosted by trusted members of our wider collective, others simply discoveries too special not to share.

Meditation & Yoga

The retreat takes place in an exclusive location in Mallorca, designed specifically for transformational experiences. Over the course of the week, I guide participants through six days of deep meditative work and personal processes, creating space for inner clarity, regeneration, and realignment. The program is complemented by: – 5 afternoon yoga sessions with an experienced teacher – 1 individual healing massage per participant – Nourishing meals prepared by a private chef, based on TCM and Ayurvedic principles (vegetarian/vegan) The intention of this retreat is to offer a space for deep relaxation, activation of the energy system, a shift in perspective, and sustainable stress release.
