Yin & Sound

We will use healing Yin poses and the magic of the crystal bowls and gong to deeply relax.

Free the body from stiffness, aches & pains while freeing the mind from chatter.

Leaving in a new calm state.

We will use somatic yin, tiny movements to find ourselves in our very best pose. 

Then we will hold this pose while listening to the healing sounds.

All poses are on the floor, using props for support.. Suitable for all levels includiing those new to Yin yoga.
