A calming Yin start to your weekend. We will work on stretching the body and calming the nervous system.
Releasing any tension held in the body & mind.
Im in London for a few days and thought it would be good to get together in the studio. Love to see you there.
No experience needed and no need to bring anything.
This 1.5 hour session includes breath work (the slow calm kind), tea and a nice long savasana.
