Join Laura from Holistica for a great start to your week.
Specially curated Yin Yoga classes to stretch and aid flexibility. Suitable for all levels, ages and genders.
€15 per class. Book all 5 in December and get your first January one free.
Holistica Yin has a somatic approach and varies from normal Yin. There is always an adittion of breathwork, music and other healing modalities.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring warm socks (yes even in Spain!).
