A trauma-informed healing journey for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to let go.
For those living with chronic pain, anxiety, Insomnia, FND, fibromyalgia or other symptoms the body can't explain.
Using gentle tools like EFT, somatic tracking, breathwork and a little gentle restorative yoga, you’ll learn to rewire fear, soften resistance, and reconnect with the safety of your own body.
