Come and join us for a mini-retreat to bring balance back to your mind, body and soul.
Holisitica & Wild Willow are joining for a rare event together.
Rachael and Laura will take you on a journey of restorative yoga, breathwork and sound therapy which will leave you feeling revitalised, regrounded and ready to move through Spring with clarity and intention.
