We are looking for wellness experiences that offer holistic care......
What we look for

We prioritise listings that feel:
- Authentic & Human
- Warm & Welcoming
- Thoughtfull & Intentional
- Rooted in integrity, care & quality

We want to offer people a holistic wellness experience. Something that aids their wellbeing, add to a slower, more intentional life and creates happiness and clam from within.

Online Presence
To be listed you need at least one of the following so visitors can explore your work
- A website or
- an active instagram account that reflects your offering
These should be current, representing what you do and be created with care. Any offensive posts will not be accepted.

​Directory listings
For directory profiles, we require:
- Two photographs, both clearly representing your work
For example:
1. One portrait of you
2. One image of your offering, space, practice or creation
- A short bio introducing who you are and what you offer
- A website and/or Instagram link

Events and Retreats listings
For events and retreats, we require:
- One strong image that represents the experience or offering
- A clear title
- A short description
- A booking link or email address for enquiries
- A working link to the event page, retreat page or organiser

This allows visitors to understand what’s being offered and take the next step with ease.​​​
​​​Photography guidlines
Images matter as they set the tone of the collective.P lease choose photographs that feel personal, warm and true to your work.

We love:
- Natural light, warm tones, calm spaces
- You in your work (when appropriate)
- Details that show craft and care (materials, rituals, atmosphere)
- Spaces that feel welcoming and lived-in
Please avoid:
- Shop-front or street signage as your main image
- Clinical-looking treatment rooms with harsh lighting
- Images that feel cold, cluttered or overly promotional
- No text or logos on images
If you’re unsure, choose the images that feel most inviting, calm and human.​​​​​​
A note on how we curate
​Holistica is a considered collective, growing through alignment rather than open registration.
Every submission is reviewed personally to protect the integrity of the platform.
Our main aim is to connect practitioners with eachother & with people looking for wellness to aid their slower, more intentional lifestyle.

If you’d like support, if you feel aligned but aren’t sure how to present your images or wording, you’re welcome to apply anyway and add a note, we may be able to guide you.
