90 minutes of sensory bliss
Unwind with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and gong – designed to calm your nervous system and support a gentle reset.
Led by Casey, each session invites you into calm, stillness and a soft reconnection to yourself at the close of the week. We complete with a 1:1 tuning fork tune-up, a mini head massage, and a closing circle for sharing and integration, accompanied by sleepy tea and nourishing snacks.
